Call for papers
|
“Harmonious World” The
Association of Chinese Political Studies will hold an international
symposium in conjunction with its 20th annual meeting at Our
featured keynote speakers will be Professor Joseph Fewsmith and Robert
Ross, who will address some pronounced Chinese domestic and foreign policy
issues. We welcome all papers that address any aspect of the central theme
and the main questions related to the broad theme, which could include
domestic politics, economics, culture, society, military, foreign policy,
foreign relations, Taiwan Strait relations, Hong Kong and Macau, problems
and challenges, domestic and global implications, continuity and change,
and retrospective and prospects. Well researched conference papers will
have the following opportunities: (1) to be selected as “The Best
Paper;” (2) and/or to be published in Journal of Chinese Political Science (JCPS); (3) and/or to be
published in edited books. Paper
proposals should include paper title, names of authors, institutional
affiliation, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and an
abstract – everything in one page. The deadline for submission of paper
proposals is January 30, 2007.

in the subject line of your emails. Volunteers
interested in serving as panel chairs and discussants and international
travelers who need letter of invitation for visa application purpose
