Call for Proposals for the Association of Chinese Political Studies

The next annual meeting of the American Political Science Association will be held in Chicago, September 2-5, 2004. The Association of Chinese Political Studies (ACPS) welcomes paper proposals and volunteers to serve as panel chairs and paper discussants. The ACPS encourages co-authored papers in order to have as many participants as possible. We especially welcome papers on change and continuity in Chinese politics and foreign policy. Papers on other important issues of Chinese politics are also welcome. Paper proposals should include paper title, abstract, name of author, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and institutional affiliation. Please submit proposals by December 1, 2003 to ensure full consideration by the ACPS Academic Committee. Email proposals are encouraged. Please send all proposals to:
